At Golden Years Pet Supply, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition and include any parts, accessories, manuals, or other materials that came with it.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide you with return instructions and, when a return shipment is required, a prepaid return shipping label. There is no return shipping charge to you.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at CustomerService@goldenyearspetsupply.com. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging and, if helpful, a short video

We'll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment.

If we determine that an item does not need to be physically returned, we will let you know and process the appropriate refund or replacement.

Please allow several business days after a refund is issued for your bank or financial institution to process and post it to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly so they can reach your pet as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Once the order is delivered, however, it will be eligible for return under our 14-Day Free Return Policy.
